The school of the Americas

The United states should have a school that trains rebels. They should give the people a place to come if they want to escape the government of their nation first but if they continue to come and we see that the government is a problem then we send in the graduates of the school of the Americas.Sure training them has a chance of creating a string of serial killers that cant be stopped because we gave them the weapons to take out the defenses of that country but that is a very small percentage. The United States is allowed to help the people who are rebeling finacially but they cant just let the people do it themselves? that makes no sense. It would cost less and I believe it is a lot more acceptable to the American public. Then they cant take us out.
